This hotel has a fantastic location! It is just a short walk away from a great shopping mall and plenty of restaurants on the Visconde de Taunay street. Plus, it's very easy to get to town or the bus station from here. The rooms are comfortable with good service and a great breakfast buffet.

Although the hotel had a lot of great amenities, the cleaning service could have been better.

Centrally located, close to shops and restaurants. The gym was small but had basic equipment. The rooms were comfortable and had good sleeping conditions.

Poor hygiene in the bathroom. The staff seemed to be complacent, and housekeeping does not do their job.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is right next to a mall and within walking distance to the restaurants on Visconde de Taunay street. It was so convenient to be able to explore the town and have access to shopping and dining options. Additionally, the service was exceptional. The staff was professional and warm, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and the shower pressure was beyond description - it was definitely the best shower we've experienced in all the hotels we've stayed at this year.

I stayed at a great hotel during Easter. The location was perfect to explore the city, and there were many attractions nearby. The staff was wonderful and very friendly, always willing to help. The shower was astonishing, I had the best shower experience of my life. the hotel had a well-equipped gym, which was perfect for staying healthy during my trip.

That we requested rooms next to each other, and they were not able to accommodate us. However, I understand that it is not always feasible.
